Our Story
Marine Conservation Myanmar was founded in 2018 with a vision to protect, restore, and conserve Myanmar's coral reefs and marine ecosystems.
Since its establishment, the organization has promoted marine conservation through scientific reef monitoring, coral restoration, marine education, and community participation.
In 2026, Marine Conservation Myanmar relaunched its pilot coral nursery and reef restoration program in Ngwe Saung, marking a new chapter in restoring Myanmar's coral reefs through science-based conservation.
